The issue

This tiled wooden roof had rain coming through the tiles and damaging the pump house and external toilet ceiling.
The cause
The bitumen waterproofing had failed below the tiles and was leaking to the ceiling below.
The permanent solution
The existing roof tiles were removed by our team and then Wetsuit Waterproofing System was applied over the existing bitumen substrate. The new membrane formed a permanent waterproof seal. New roof tiles were overlaid. We issued our 20 year warranty on this roof.
